When you request a reading, we collect the information you provide during the intake process:
We do not require an account, email address, or phone number.
Your information is used solely to generate your personalized reading or chat session. Birth data is used to compute natal chart placements via astronomical ephemeris calculations. Your question and context are sent to our AI service to produce your reading.
We use Anthropic's Claude API to generate readings and power live chat sessions. Your question, context, and birth data are sent to Anthropic for processing. Anthropic's data handling is governed by their privacy policy and data processing terms.
We do not share your information with any other third parties for marketing, analytics, or advertising purposes.
Readings and chat session transcripts are stored so you can return to them via your unique link. We do not associate readings with user accounts or cross-reference data between sessions.
We do not use advertising cookies, analytics trackers, or third-party tracking scripts. Any cookies present are strictly necessary for the functioning of the site.
You may request deletion of your reading data by contacting us. Since we do not collect email addresses or maintain user accounts, readings are identified only by their unique URL.
We may update this policy as our service evolves. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
